The newest trailer for DC and NetherRealms’ fighter Injustice: Gods Among Us dropped today, giving us a hint. Judging from the trailer, it looks like Batman, Cyborg (and I’m just gonna make a guess and say Green Arrow) must face off against the now totalitarian rule of Superman and the remaining members of the Justice League. 

Well, so much for my dream of a Batman: Arkham game that pits the Dark Knight against the Justice League, since this appears to do just exactly that. Still, this looks very promising; one of the highlights of NetherRealm’s 2011 Mortal Kombat reboot was its surprisingly good story mode. Hopefully Injustice has the same level of quality.
