Really stupid idea… So they’re probably aiming at September/October release? My guess is as good as yours, but anything from the end of September is just bad, especially if you look at the competition.
I could have done with the DLC at the beginning of July, now I’ll just wait for Borderlands 2, Assassin’s Creed III, Dishonored, Guild Wars 2, Far Cry 3, XCOM:EU and then there’s some of the Kickstarter projects that’ll release around that time, as well as Baldur’s Gate. Other people may also have CoD:BO, DOA5, TTT2, Persona 4:Arena, Resident Evil 6, and a load of others I’m sure I missed on their lists.
So, most people I think will go from “could really do with some new content” to “too flat-ass broke, rather spend money on the new games than DLC for an old one”, I know I will.
