Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Mike Sacco will be your host today.
You guys are gonna have to deal with Persona 4 Golden references until I beat this game and probably for months after, too. Sorry about that.
It’s a known fact that we will face Garrosh and stop him at one moment in this expansion. But why are we assuming that it will be the last fight? Blizzard could put some other story arc at work after the Siege of Orgrimmar.
I understand that the Sunwell raid was to fill the lull between BC and Wrath, but… it could be done again, now for lore purposes.
Chris Metzen’s exact words at the MoP press event were that Garrosh would be the final boss of Mists of Pandaria. I was there!
When doing my sunsong ranch farming, I notice that sometimes it will say “You create X” and sometimes it will say “You receive X”. Even the same mundane item like Mogu Pumpkin. It seems to be random… any idea why this is?
When you start a new stack, it’ll say “create.” When you add to a stack, it’ll say “receive.”
Is there any way to disable the warlock soul shard effect of the orbs over your characters head?
The Glyph of Subtlety hides the effect out of combat, but you can’t get rid of it while in combat.
Is Varian the ruler of the Alliance? Did I miss where the dwarves, elves, draenei, gnomes, worgen, and Alliance-but-not-from-Stormwind humans (like those in Arathi, , the Plaguelands, and pre-bombing Southshore) declare him High King of the Alliance?
Blizzard has been pushing this weird “High King of the Alliance” thing with him but it’s definitely not the case in lore. The Alliance is a group of sovereign nations. Their leaders are their leaders. Varian is essentially the head military commander of the Alliance. Other leaders may defer to him tactically but never in domestic matters (don’t bring up the Council of the Three Hammers, please).
I’m still doing the Sigil quest for Wrathion and I have 12xSigil of Power and 0xSigil of Wisdom. Is there anyway to transform one into the other?
Unfortunately, no. Maybe you’ll be able to turn them into a Sigil of Courage later…
Jeremy Hurlbut asked:
What the heck is Battle Fatigue on my troll shaman?
It’s a PVP debuff that causes you receive less healing.
